The other day, looking at the famous film Citizen Kane in which the ruling elites control mass-opinion through the newspapers, I asked myself whether, in the present time, the ruling fashion elite control our opinion through the fashion magazines, writing about what's IN or OUT. Let's be realistic, fashion changes every season, so what's the point with keeping it up..

• Tuxedo jacket 

Long time ago, no woman would dare to wear men's clothing. 1965th Yves Saint Laurent had used Marlenin figure as inspiration for smoking. Since then, women have enjoyed the power that goes with wearing men's tuxedo, which is of course tailored to the female figure. Photographer H. Newton (seventies) immortalized Vibeke  in a tuxedo (YSV) and the photography is forever settled in fashion history.
